Residents can pay rent through the online resident portal. The portal may allow one-time payments or recurring payment setup depending on your account options.

Maintenance
Residents may contact our Property Management office Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at (270) 781-7888.

We also encourage residents to keep a copy of the emergency action plan available for important city contacts, local authorities, and recommended emergency procedures.

Emergency issues generally include active leaks, loss of essential utilities, safety hazards, or conditions that could cause immediate damage to the property. If there is a life-threatening emergency, call 911 first.
Please contact the Property Management office at (270) 781-7888 before scheduling repairs. Unauthorized repairs may not be reimbursable unless approved in advance.
Applications
Applications can be submitted online through the rental application link. Be prepared to provide accurate contact information, rental history, employment details, and any required supporting information.
Anyone over the age of 18 who will live in the property needs to complete an application and screening process.
Processing times can vary depending on the completeness of the application and response times from references or verification sources.
Owners
Crye-Leike Property Management can assist with leasing, resident communication, maintenance coordination, rent collection, reporting, and day-to-day property management support.
Owners can use the online owner portal to access reports, documents, and account information.
Our team works with a variety of rental property types, including single-family homes, apartment communities, and investment portfolios.
