How do I submit a maintenance request?

Select the “Submit Maintenance Request” link above and fill out the form. For emergencies after hours, contact (270) 467-3017.

What payment methods are accepted?

ACH bank account payments, debit cards, and credit cards are available through the resident portal.

Who do I contact after hours?

Emergencies involving safety or potential property damage should be reported immediately to the emergency number in your lease. Non-emergency requests can be left on our office line, and we’ll respond or dispatch maintenance as needed.
